Decent pay, worked at your own pace, and your own schedule; not a lot of micromanaging at all

Cons

A lot of unprofessionalism, cliques, not a very friendly atmosphere, virtually no training and no advancement opportunities

Pros

The company provides great benefits (especially their corporate match on the 401k plan). Working for a health insurance company provides excellent health care coverage.

Cons

Employees are only considered as a number. If an employee needs time off for an illness or surgery, it tends to put a black mark on that person and encourages Employee Services to watch them like a hawk.
