      Stable (until it’s not) Flex working hours (if your on good terms with your manager) PTO mandated by federal contracts Decent health plan benefits

      WPS is more focused on preferred pronouns in email signatures than they are in the development of their employees WPS opens up offices in right-to-work states just to make it easier to fire people WPS changed peoples job title without their permission or notification, so it would make it harder for them to switch jobs The people who are paid the least in this company work the hardest

      The only thing I can think of is the flex hours.

      Cons

      Horrible training. I was employed a month before training even began for my position. Management consist of micromanaging and pay is deplorable for why is expected of you.
