I wish there was a half star for overall rating. The company has turned into a production line. Management has no concern for their employees. They act like they are concerned but will stab you in the back as soon as you turn around. You are forced to be in a union and they don't do their job. If you are looking for a job that you can take pride in, have growth, and not be in a atmosphere of being in middle school again then this is not for you. Run fast and far. Everyone I tell that I worked there is very aware of the environment there and is very understanding as to why I am no longer employed there.

The building contains security and has an on-site cafeteria. They have company cars you can drive for out of town trips.

Human resources promised all kinds of things during the interview process and when offering the position. None of them came to fruition. There are different rules for different people and the benefits are terrible. Human resources changes their stance on policies to meet whatever their need is at the time. Overall quality is horrible. Quality sites are so bad and still are not willing to put any changes in place to make any improvements. It is almost impossible to make any improvements or provide better care and services for their members because administration will block all efforts. if
