      Management is horrible with communication, you’ll never get a day off. They will write you up for something that happened weeks ago.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and I love my manager. Never a dull moment. Proud to serve our Medicare, TRICARE and Medicaid lines of business.

      Cons

      When I started it was a family orientated company I was proud of, but now it is a regular corporate company where the CEO and other upper management buy products based on who owns them not if it is good for the company. They are buying multimillion dollar products and then letting staff go stating they have to save money. Whatever you do don't call the ethics hotline you will be fired for sure.
