You must be a "performer" and I mean that in a bad way, it is all about the measurements. The measurements which are not even accurate, are used to degrade employees. Employees who question anything become a target and will be exterminated from the company. There is no working together as everyone is driven by performance metrics. Employees who care about their work and have an understanding often find themeselves caught in a nightmare because some employees just rush through without any understanding that there is more to do than simply push the claim through, claims need to be reworked over and over.
