      Pros

      If you can find a good department, the people are nice. Ok benefits, the insurance is comparable to other companies.

      Cons

      It took me 23 years to make $20 an hour. This is poverty level with inflation and cost of living at it's peak. The bottom line of the company is more important than the well being of the employees. It's a shame because there are hard working employees that deserve so much better.
