      High turnover rate with supervisors Training is split up between 2 sessions making you less than equipped when being sent to phones as you've only had 1 phase of Training. Unattentive Supervisors Bad Work/Life Balance

      Slow to modernize. Many areas of the company are toxic and show little signs of changing. Running too lean in many areas, and those who can are leaving. Leadership silence on future not helping situation.
