Remote work from home position. A solid base pay.

Cons

They require you to hit a specific amount of numbers. Mandatory overtime. PTO on demand is very hard to earn.

Remote work Flexible scheduling for when personal things come up. Family first mentality is okay to have! Quiet quitter paradise due to low staff and low enough pay

Cons

Pay is below average for certain positions and benefit packages are poorly structured and managed. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians as they say - no wonder things don’t get done on time. Too many job duties outside of actual duties assigned… Communication between teams is atrocious There are director level employees clearly not contributing and just collecting inflated pay checks and bonuses.
