Management doesn't care about the processors or the supervisors. Favoritism, poor communication, no room for advancement unless you are a favorite. People they move into upper management are incompetent. Lots of overtime Pay is not very good and CEO has said they can't increase due to government contract and the amount that is contracted can't change.
