Remote work - you’re usually left alone as long as you do your work on time.

Cons

If you do your work efficiently, you are made to pick up the slack of those who don’t work as efficient. Instead of punishing those that don’t keep up, the ones that do all the work continue to get unloaded on.

Trainers were excellent. Benefits were good.

Cons

Assistance from superviors was lacking and the way they treated our clientele was appalling. Asked for help from a supervisor because a caller was suic!dal and they did not care at all or answer my questions. If the information they would give you was wrong they would still place blame on you. Performance reviews and one on one meetings were skipped by my supervisors. Went downhill after training. Overtime was mandatory 80% of my time working there as well.
