      The work from home and flex hours were def a pro.

      Cons

      After the loss of the VA Contract morale dipped steeply. Those that secured roles in other departments did so but ultimately those contracts also had their own issues. Many cons included -micro management -compliance that demanded you click your mouse every 30 secs to ensure activity -mandatory overtime that never seems to abate inventory no matter how much time you committed -the tone deaf email from the diversity team about Covid vaccinations or else
