      Work is pretty routine Chances to cross train Can work whenever you want between their hours

      Cons

      Cross training is poorly done (no actual training is given) Supervisors are able to essentially do whatever they want and HR will back them up Have to meet crazy metrics (like 120% for how fast you process claims compared to the standard time it takes)

      Cons

      Management was awful, as an employee you are always last to find out what is happening with your job. Lay Offs were common and being short staffed was normal.
