      Good benefits from a small company with aspirations of growing

      Cons

      Leadership seemed very paranoid and unwilling to work with other business units. While the company claims to allow a very flexible work schedule (work from home), our leadership was very unwilling to allow staff to work from home.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities are great, the company encourages you to move up and gain additional skills. The pay is competitive and sometimes better comparitively to similar positions in the area. Benefits kick in day one and aren't bad -- 401K (with matching), health, vision, dental, paid holidays, double time on Sundays, triple time on holidays if you choose to work. Work/life balance is great. Management actually listens and forms great work relationships. Overall great place.

      Cons

      The system could use some polishing. It has issues, but nothing that can't be fixed. Communication could always improve, but it's not the end of the world. Simple things.
