No cons yet, as I am very new and still in training. I am slightly concerned from all of the negative reviews on Glassdoor, but I chose to not be discouraged and see for myself. I feel because I am a very productive worker who comes to work for the purpose of working, I will be fine. They were very open about the metrics (98% quality and 100% productivity) and expectations during the interview process, so I cannot complain about it because I knew what to expect coming in. I will add another review in a month or so, once I'm done in training.
