WPS is more focused on preferred pronouns in email signatures than they are in the development of their employees WPS opens up offices in right-to-work states just to make it easier to fire people WPS changed peoples job title without their permission or notification, so it would make it harder for them to switch jobs The people who are paid the least in this company work the hardest

Good culture, average to above average pay and interesting work. Benefits are average, time off is average but leadership is good.

Cons

A mass layoff of the IT department got rid of about %20 of IT jobs. Could be pandemic related, or poor project execution. Hopefully the jobs will return in the future.
