Thank you for your review, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoy working alongside your coworkers! Recruiting can certainly be a challenge these days, and although we value and encourage our team members’ professional development, we hear you that it can be disappointing when a great coworker decides to follow a different path outside the credit union. We are always striving to attract and keep high performing employees with our comprehensive compensation, benefits, and incentive package, generous paid leave, work life balance and caring culture - just to name a few things that make WSECU a great place to work! We’ve also recently added more resources to our recruiting team to provide hiring managers with more support in the process. If you have ideas on how we may improve on our goal, we’d love to hear your thoughts!

Pros

The benefits are really good.

Cons

Coercive empathy training is given so that you grow accustomed to sustaining abuse from members. the company is more interested in service delivery goals, not interested in the well-being of the contact center employees.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We recognize that our team members work hard to provide outstanding service to our members each day, and that working in a call center can certainly be a challenging role. We’re sorry to hear you’re not having a positive experience so far. While this feedback is uncharacteristic of what we typically hear, we will take it to heart and look for the opportunity to continue improving training and find balance in serving members and supporting employees. If you are interested in sharing your ideas on how we may be able to improve, we encourage you to reach out to your leadership.
