Pros

Many training opportunities and wonderful team members. The employees are the stars of this organization. Working in the front office is a better experience than at the main office.

Cons

Office politics are in the way, too many mid-upper level management, and it is clear management doesn't care if employees leave.

Pros

The benefits are great, among the best around, it actually makes it very hard to leave here once you become acclimated to this compared to what is offered elsewhere.

Cons

The lack of respect for employees and what they bring to table is disheartening. The politics here have gotten out of hand to where I would have never thought possible when I began employment here. No one in upper management seems concerned as awareness regarding this issues has been raised by several people and nothing has been done and people continue to leave.

Pros

I love working at WSECU. Being front line staff I often only know back office employees by calling when I have questions. Everyone is so friendly. Overall amazing company to work for. When I got hired I thought this would just be a job, but now its becoming a career.

Cons

Every job has those stressful days. At WSECU you will have stressful days. your dealing with others finances. Being understand of others situations is important while uphold WSECUs policies and procedures.
