Pros

Great pay, benefits, opportunities for growth, upbeat and supportive culture, great management, variety of work

Cons

High expectations for scheduling, not many part time/work from home options, no options for set schedule, difficult to arrange childcare as most childcare’s close before we get out.

We appreciate your feedback! We’re glad that you’re pleased with the culture, pay and benefits. We hear you on the scheduling challenges, though. That said, we often need part-time Member Consultants to be flexible in order to ensure adequate coverage at the branches. The nature of the part-time Member Consultant role is such that we can’t always provide set schedules. Most of our back office jobs do have more traditional set schedules. We’d encourage you to explore those opportunities if you need to find something that is a better fit for your family needs.

Pros

This is by far the best banking institution I have ever worked for. High level of customer service and great camaraderie with co-worker. Incredible benefits and they take genuine care of their employees.

Cons

A distance from where I lived. I would have liked to been able to telecommute a few days a week.

Thanks so much for taking time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback and we're happy to hear that you've had a positive experience. Telecommuting is something that we do offer, depending on the role, and a number of other factors. We would encourage you to ask your leader if this is an option for you, if you haven't done so already.
