8yWe appreciate your feedback! We’re glad that you’re pleased with the culture, pay and benefits. We hear you on the scheduling challenges, though. That said, we often need part-time Member Consultants to be flexible in order to ensure adequate coverage at the branches. The nature of the part-time Member Consultant role is such that we can’t always provide set schedules. Most of our back office jobs do have more traditional set schedules. We’d encourage you to explore those opportunities if you need to find something that is a better fit for your family needs.
