Pros

Amazing benefits and they really trust and respect their employees. It was a place they felt like family. They pay is really fair too

Cons

Honestly there weren't any except commute time and that was not in there control. Sometimes people got a little gossipy but that didn't ever go really far.

Pros

Great work environment that includes managers, team members, employee benefits, vacation time, etc. They invest in a lot for their employees, even providing extensive new hire trainings and reimburse for all travel expenses. A lot of opportunities for advancement and internal transitions if you look out for them. If you want a career in the banking industry then this can be a good starting place for you.

Cons

Customer service which is self explanatory. The new hire training is a bit too long and spaced out. For the locations with a high turnover this can be a loss for the company. Also worth to mention they've been losing a lot of their employees to companies like Amazon due to the nature of the industry (more growth and better pay).
