      Pros

      Love working here! Supervisors and coworkers are amazing! WSECU really values employees. It is the most positive and supportive environment I've ever worked in.

      Pros

      People are great to work with. Benefits that can't be topped. Staff are fanatics about member service. Credit Union culture (if you know what this means then you know why it's in the Pros)

      Small shop that is going through the growing pains of being a larger organization. Credit Union culture (yes, it's a pro and a con)

      Pros

      Amazing benefits, really fair salary and you are treated like family. Everyone is accessible in the organization and we are all working towards a common cause: serving our members. I loved my 4 1/2 years there, I look forward to returning one day :)

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities to advance due to seasoned employees - nobody wants to leave or retire! That's not a bad thing, unless you want to grow into a higher role.
