      Pros

      The people really care about each other and our members. The benefits are amazing. You can't find a place that covers your family at no or little cost for medical insurance. WSECU is a well respected employer and Washington. I'm proud to work here.

      Cons

      Every company has its growing pains. This company does too, but works hard to mitigate them.

      Pros

      Co-workers are like extended family, amazing benefits, treated with respect and recognized by leadership, Board of Directors cares about staff, authentic love for the membership throughout.

      Cons

      Like real families, people sometimes aren't honest in their opinions directly, and at times too many people are involved to make decisions or move quickly. Too many meetings. Not a lot of room to advance because people never leave. :)
