Cons

Assistant manager is passive aggressive, extreme pressure to meet sales goals, dealing with cranky members, gets really busy during paydays/holidays, salary is average, favoritism, morale can sometimes dip

Not being able to work remotely outside of Washington state

We do understand the desire to work remotely within the US, however our members and community base that we serve are currently in Washington State, so for now we’ve chosen to keep our jobs within the state of Washington, within the communities we serve.
