      Work life balance Lots of opportunities working on big projects Good communication with staff Clear direction on priorities

      Cons

      IT and facilities not the best. For a company that brags about office design achievements, their own office facilities for their staff are comparable to government offices

      Great people, commitment to professionalism and professional development. In-house professional sharing network made it really easy to collaborate on projects and project development

      Cons

      Company has recently been purchased so I can't attest to the new atmosphere. I've heard negative things but no specifics.
