Lots of places in Ontario to travel too Good entry position Some decent internal career options

Cons

No good pay increases No increased travel pay Very low perdiem pay - compared to industry standard LOTS of travel - 90% travel typically 10 days on 4 days off sometime more sometimes less. Being away from home that often for me was not ideal especially considering the low pay

I made some amazing friends and nice central location of the office

Cons

1. Team culture is poor 2. They forced me to get back into an engineering role despite being hired as a project manager. 3. I spent majority of the time finding my own PM work. 4. Management of my team was so bad. They didn't have any other projects in the pipeline, no funding for conferences or training.
