Changing work, great people to working with. Understanding in allowing hours to change around life events. Allowed to turn down overtime without fear.

Cons

Big changes in processes overnight instead of informing staff ahead of time. Left scrambling for months to implement changes each time.

Pros

Multi-discipline work on some large schemes. Gave me a good solid start to my career, unfortunately the environment diminished towards the end of my time there.

Cons

Good at talking 'values' but fails to deliver at staff level. IT is abysmal and conflicts with productiveness due to outsourcing IT Profit goes to share holders with minimum pay to staff delivering profit. Management have no awareness of their staff and are not visible.
