      Big company, access to colleagues around the world

      Bad management, bad culture. Quality of projects don’t matter, cheap & fast is the mantra.

      - Approachable leadership - Innovative - Open to new ideas - Willingness to try new things/change tactics - Still feels like a family company - World-class work - Flexibility - Competitive pay - Nice office facilities - Multiple locations - Free tea/coffee

      Cons

      As with any company that's gone through many acquisitions, there are still growing pains. If people are patient and focus on the big picture, they will reap the rewards. The company has gone through tremendous growth and change in such a short period of time. Could do with having more employee-led initiatives around culture enhancements and local activities. Could use a brand audit to remove old branded items and focus on the consistency under the new brand.

      37.5 hour weeks are mostly adhered to (or overtime paid if not), flexible working and at-home working.

      Cons

      Extreme cost-consciousness/tightness of company. Pressure to be utilised at all times puts squeeze on at all levels of company - middle mgmt in particular can be not much help, so development and nurturing of junior staff suffers
