Pros

WSP care about their employees. Employees are very skilled. HR & other support stuffs are very helpful. Salary scale is much better than other players in the industry like AECOM, COWI, RAMBOLL, MOTT McDONAD etc. You will have opportunity to grow with the company & most of all every person in the group are easily achievable. Nice place to work.

Cons

If you are in UK or US or Sweden team, then nothing to worry. But if you are in Middle-East team then you have to worry about your job all the time. And the working time of the team is pathetic. But you will get well paid for OT as well as they provide dinner.

No good place for architects

Pros

- Great benefits - Pay higher than average - Good work / life time balance - There are some good people

Cons

- Good Place for MEP / STR engineers.... but it's a bad place for architects. There is no architectural or design intend. At WSP architects only facilitate MEP and that's about it. No one designs anything. Architects do not matter at WSP

Pros

Large amount of services and resources available to you internally, 75-100% benefits plan, RRSP matching etc. Lots of opportunity depending how you function in a larger organization.

Cons

Still working out bugs getting everyone trained onto common as well as newly developed workflows after worldwide rebranding, To be fair, it likely has been smooth all things considered.

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed the May 2017 rebranding was a major milestone for us. Future Ready is now being implemented in more countries, and that takes time because there's substance behind the program. It's indeed much more than marketing, it's a way of working backed by precise technical criteria.
