Good working relationships between mid to junior level employees.

Cons

Below average salaries and annual salary increases which are not performance based and are less than inflation rates. Limited career progression. Minimal benefits which keep reducing. Patriachial management. No focus on staff retention or happiness.

Option of working from home; company benefits, for example, car scheme, ability to buy Apple products through your salary, medical cover, etc; bonuses; awards; a great attitude towards H&S; approachable management.

Cons

Some positions require a large amount of travelling worldwide; many are unable to complete tasks in a normal working week so end up working in our own time.
