      Pros

      You get to be exposed to different projects and handling several projects at one time. You can actually gain a lot of experience technically and non-technically (project management, client-based etc.) Company culture is quite opened and everyone is friendly. The company is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      Depends on which team you are in, that will make a huge difference. Salary is very low compared to contractors if your team doesn't provide scheme A. Very big company, too big.

      Pros

      The people are really smart, technically skilled and perhaps most importantly, inquisitive. The leadership and SF local office is definitely working to distinguish itself in a sea of engineering conglomerates by being creative and relatable.

      Cons

      The benefits aren't the best, maternal/paternal leave is embarrassing, employees are often underpaid and under recognized due to lack of appropriate and adequate structure for this.
