      Pros

      Lean organization. Great entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Integrations poorly done. Lack of communication. Staff feel isolated particularly when a smaller team joins a larger team . Lack of systems and processes. Constant turnover of lower to mid staff. Integration of MMM was a disaster. Large exodus of staff from numerous offices. Departure of key staff (including senior WSP managers) in 2017 due to poor communication and poor integration plan. New managers did little to welcome\integrate staff. Too many silos.
