On top of the competitive pay that WSP offers, it has managed to establish a balance between corporate , social, environmental, physical, intellectual and emotional responsibilities so balanced to the point that you would not even believe it is real. At WSP, it has this amazing work culture that can provide for your well being, your family's well being, has an eye for the environmental responsibilities that it holds so dear and believe that work is not just the centre of your life. It believes that employees have responsibilities outside of work. It understands that in order to have successful employees, you need to support them not just financial (but as mentioned earlier, pay is quite competitive), it also supports it's employees with a level of empathy I never even thought possible with other companies. This company has made me feel so proud to be working for it. It gives opportunities to people and gives guidance and chances that you never even thought possible. This right here is an excerpt on a job posting from WSP. and you can see just what kind of a company you are gonna be working for. the people here have been working here for mostly more than 10 years because employees are loyal and loves their work. But more importantly, WSP is loyal to it's people. And honestly, that is what makes WSP the best place to work in. :)

I wish a lot more people can work for WSP, and that a lot more clients will work with our company jsut so many more people can experience how great this company is.
