Pros

Everyone in the company is very professional and willing to help. I met many hard working, like-minded people. WSP are good at Health and Safety training. The team are not micro managed or pressured excessively. The work was interesting on occasions.

Cons

The team rely too heavily on young members of staff in Junior and Middle management roles, this is good for some things but not others. Low-ranking team members are viewed as easily replaceable - use of contracts is common. Favouritism is seen among a few people. The team rely too much on Skype meetings instead of face to face meetings. Flexible working is not encouraged for anyone below senior management in Land Services.
