      Pros

      Good company growth, good corporate culture for an engineering firm, large company with the feel of a smaller organization. Good compensation.

      Cons

      The business unit that I was in was a little behind the times and struggled to diversify. Management could sometimes be shortsighted. Their benefits package left a bit to be desired, but this is not unusual for an engineering consulting firm.

      Pros

      Amazing co workers, very supportive team. Respectful and hard working. Provided guidance and opportunity that is incomparable to anywhere that I have ever worked. A true honor and pleasure working with these people.

      Cons

      Some instability within the senior staff. With my short time there, at least two principals left the office as well as a few others.
