      -Flexible working -Useful graduate training sessions -Interesting large-scale projects. -Good location of offices

      Cons

      -Poor work-life balance, expected to work long hours without any overtime pay. -Poor team atmosphere with an apparent lack of leadership. - The culture of listening to who shouts the loudest. - No line management with the management often not visible for support. - Un-transparent in management decision making.
