      Do Yourself A Favor and Keep Looking

      Pros

      You Get A Check. You have an email address. You have a computer. You can leave the office. Hopefully you know people outside of the office.

      Cons

      You are not valued but will be overworked. The paid isnt competitive. There are a lot of office politics. This place will take a piece of your soul. I've never felt better until I left. I strongly recommend that you find a position that will be more rewarding.

      Pros

      Basic insurance / perks. During the summer, on Fridays we can leave at noon if our hours are done.

      Cons

      Vacation time is only 2 weeks - which is nothing when you factor in the christmas days you're forced to take (between 25th and the 1st) - we have access to the WSP employee portal globally, we can see how much more vacation our european counter-parts get. It's demoralizing.

      Good infrastructure to learn Good exposure Healthy and happy work culture

      Cons

      No CRC share there work, hence work becomes monotonous. Only production work, engineers not involved in concept of design
