      Pros

      WSP is very diverse and global.

      Cons

      Grown too big too quickly. I worked for WSP Environmental for 14 years, They were great to work for in the early yers with lots of highly professional and dynamic Directors who would alway spend time to teach others. By the time I left earlier this year they had completely lost sight of their maj aseet; their people and is now a maassive global cmpany ficussed on making the top 5% very rich and does not look after their staff.

      Team working needs patient and it is more efficient for getting best result.It brings friendly work place which it is joyful and more productive.

      wages are not every matter, work environment is important for co-operation of people which are involved in a project,
