      Engineering Life at WSP

      Pros

      - Great group of work friends and a collection of different personalities. They'll never make a TV -sitcom about an engineering office, but it still a positive environment. - Mostly interesting project work and variety, but you never knew what was coming down the pike.

      Cons

      - Poor work scheduling meant I was often working on projects that required 60-70hr per week, while the person across from me only needed to work 40-50. - Very easy to get pigeon-holed into a very specific project type and do the same thing over and over. - High competition for work meant that engineering services were becoming more generic and commoditized, instead of client-specific.
