      Pros

      Flexible hours, nice workstations and parking available for a fee.

      Cons

      Management is skattered, direction from superiors is often misguided from one manager to the next. The communication between technical and department managers is lacking considerably. Performance reviews were not given on time. Limited opportunity for promotion unless your in the know with someone high up at this place.

      Pros

      There are some truly wonderful people working here. They make for great experiences and awesome mentoring. They make it easy to get up and come to work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, those higher up the hierarchy are not the most pleasant people. They also tend to forget that those of us on the bottom rungs do everyday what they don't know how to do. Also, unless you are making a lot of money, this can be a VERY expensive company for which to work.

      You can work on large multi-discipline projects that are often the leading projects in a particular city.

      Cons

      It's a large multi-national where you can remain anonymous. It can often appear that the company has little appreciation for your work
