      Pros

      The best thing about WSP is the people. Passionate, talented, driven engineers who are quite literally transforming the built and natural environment. The company pursues and works on very interesting project around the world.

      Cons

      Employee retention is quite poor. Incentives are not commensurate with the amount of work required. On the marketing side, work is monotonous with very little variety.

      International company with many employment opportunities. Could you get easy employment. They are using last technologies and equipment.

      Cons

      can you be only one more, no personal considerations. No commitment to get any personal stable life status. Could you be easily unemployed.
