Pros

Really friendly, supportive team, with a variety of work to get involved in which is great for me early in my career. Regular socials, and generally quite a social office. Work from home 1-2 days per week which is really handy to have that flexibility.

Cons

As with anywhere, some people are harder to work with than others, but generally this hasn’t been an issue. Parking near the office is expensive.

-Management does not care if the juniors grow -Salary was lower compared to competitors -Technical work is often given to more senior staff because they don't want to invest time into the younger staff -Questions are not tolerated, figure it out mentality here
