      The people and team are wonderful below upper leadership.

      Cons

      Higher leadership is heartless, everything is about documenting everyone. Nobody has a job that is secure. It’s a who can hurt who the fastest environment. When the heels are heard walking down the hall it sends shivers down the spines of leadership and agents. You just know you are about to be cut down personally and professionally. Nothing is ever good enough, everything is the most important thing, making nothing important. It’s hard mentally.

      I work with great, intelligent, talented people who want to do good.

      Cons

      Classic big corporation that puts profits above employees and clients. WSP has recently acquired more businesses than it can handle. Employees are not given sufficient tools to do their jobs, and clients end up paying more for less. There is no transparency from corporate leaders. Career development planning is a joke, when the only way to get promoted is to get an offer elsewhere, encouraging people to look and ultimately leave the company.
