Management too focused on cutting costs and superficial growth by acquiring other companies. Few development opportunities and very disorganized company. Hierarchy seems to change week to week.

There's a lack of accountability and transparency, and the organization isn't set up to naturally value people--what a company's biggest and best asset should be. Overall, there's a lack of authenticity as people are valued only for how much work they can churn out. You will be burnt out, and have to have strong work boundaries to handle the amount of work that will come your way. They say it's just hard times--don't fall for that.
