managers are too selfish, they do not care much about employee professional grow. managers are interested in hiring very good manions who can perform specific tasks. managers are not interested in elevating young leaders with potential to grow. managers do not let you have any say in your assignment even if you are experienced candidate. Team administrator personals could be improved professionally. Some of the team administrator personals needs additional training on team building and professional communication skills.
