Good pay. Equipment provided. Some training. Reimbursement of many expenses.

Cons

Extremely slow reimbursement. No warning before deployment, but worse, a sudden call tells you to leave the field and go home, the job is done.

I worked with some wonderful people who were dedicated to their jobs & others on the team. I left after 4.5 years’ service and most of us started within a few weeks of each other.

Cons

Low pay Insufficient increases Many are not eligible for bonuses Management not management material - interested only in kissing their manager’s behind Very little validation for mid-level employees Expensive benefits & crappy PTO No concept of accountability except at lower levels Situational ethics Totally uninterested in why people leave Walked-in one day and knew I couldn’t do it anymore. 2 week’s later, I was gone.
