-Good discounts on shoes -Healthcare, dental

Cons

-Poor management -Everyone is hired from within the retail stores so no one has any experience in HQ -Higher ups don't care or listen to any rising issues -Location is sketchy -If you're on salary you will never leave at 6pm -Shoe selection at corporate store sucks

Pros

People seemed to be nice, opportunity to advance in the company, hours are consistent, holiday pay is good, good retail experience

Cons

The clearance wall was poorly managed. People would take a pair of shoes to the register and get the price that the sticker advertised although it was the wrong price. I was accused of being the cause of this even though the price stickers were just sticky notes that they could have easily switched. Also, it can get hectic if the store is busy because the shoes are out in the open so you have to watch for theft and clean up often.
