Training opportunities and coworkers are pros.

Cons

I’ve never seen morale at a company become so low so quickly. Work-life balance is being destroyed, micromanagement has become the norm, many are working longer days than agreed to in their contract and several employees have had stress related health failure in recent years. Pay is lower than industry standards, and teleworking will soon be very limited.

Very Toxic Company which carries the Label Government but is not. mom and pop shop from the 1930's and have not changed since then. Refuse to employ and keep employees that invoke change that challenges the old management. Hires family and friends verses the more qualified applicant. Refuse to discipline career employees and fire or have good employees resign. Jerry Johnson was Ran out of the City of Richmond for his poor leadership. this is a great reflection on him as a Manager and soon to be former GM

Cons

The IT department is completely mismanaged, poorly trained mid level managers, security that is poor. Strict standards on employee reviews, known as PA's are counterproductive, intimidating and lower morale. Turnover is legendary, whole groups of employees were let go in the past.
