Pros

Good equipment for the most part. Willing to spend more to get a decent product or at least what it considers a decent product.

Cons

- Nearly everyone except some of the on-air anchor talent is and has always been overworked. If you go to work here, know that it is a complete sweatshop. They will work you until you fall over. - High turnover - Poor management particularly in the newsroom where employees, especially producers, are regularly verbally abused. - Horribly writing. Everyone is taught to write in the "false present tense"

They treat you like family. Great work environment. Awesome fun and creative job.

Cons

Pay is not huge but still ok. And the benefits are great. Can't think of any cons really.
