Good pay and lots of opportunity for growth.You get promoted really quick. Awesome work environment. Good bonus structure. If they lay you off,they will hire you back in 3 months.

Cons

It takes a long time to get on as a permanent employee. While you are part time, there are no health benefits.

Pros

Office was spotless, with nice lighting. Very comfortable place to work and the managers are kind and supportive. Pay is good for the work that is expected of you.

Cons

Very robotic operating style. Obsessed with metrics. If you are scheduled to start at 8 and you clock in at 8:00:01, it will be counted against you when you ask for full time employment. So it can be stressful especially if you rely on public transportation to get you in and out of downtown.
