I worked at Willis Towers Watson, India. Although I was a recent graduate, they trained me promptly and effectively and I was soon working on big chunks of client projects, alongside new and experienced teammates.

Cons

The office culture was rather vibrant, with entertainment events happening far too often. Don't get me wrong, it's a great form of rejuvenation, once in a while, so long as it does not become a cause of distraction far too often
